ABOUT PAST THE GATEThis didn’t start as a business — it started with a dream.I was a theater kid once. Big dreams, big energy, and a deep love for performing. But like many, life happened — I grew up, got married, had kids. The dream was still in me, but buried under “real life.”Then one day, my youngest — only eight years old — looked at me and said, “I want to be famous.”That moment changed everything.We Googled. We fumbled. We figured it out. I stood by his side as he booked roles, walked on set, and stepped into his future. That journey awakened the fire in me — not just as a parent, but as that theater kid who still lived inside.Since then, I’ve worked in the industry and built real relationships with actors, agents, coaches, casting, and creatives. But most of all, I’ve made it my mission to help others who feel that same pull.Because talent isn’t the problem — access is.The entertainment industry is full of untapped potential: passionate, dedicated people who should be on set, but don’t know how to get past the gate.That’s why this exists.Past the Gate is where dreamers get real tools.
