ABOUT PAST THE GATE TALENTPast the Gate began with a dream, not a business plan.I was a theater kid once. Big dreams, big energy, and a deep love for performing. Then life happened. I grew up, built a family, and focused on everything except the dream that started it all.That changed the day my youngest looked at me and said, “I want to be famous.”Those four words reignited everything. Together we learned, researched, auditioned, and discovered how this industry truly works. Watching him walk onto a set for the first time reminded me that passion never really fades. It waits.Over the years, I gained hands-on experience in the entertainment industry, including working at another respected talent agency as a commercial and theatrical agent. I saw what worked, what didn’t, and what the industry truly needs: genuine connection, transparency, and real advocacy for emerging talent.That experience inspired me to build something of my own. Something focused on access and authenticity.Past the Gate Talent exists for the dreamers who deserve to be seen. For the new faces who are ready to step into the spotlight but don’t know where to start. We love discovering and signing new talent, helping them navigate this world with honesty, confidence, and guidance that makes a difference.Our philosophy is simple: Until it's your turn, keep clapping for others.We value kindness, professionalism, and collaboration.
